Procedures

1. Submitting the demand to the bureau of directorate of works
2. Transferring the demand to the supervising engineer for auditing.
3. Transferring the demand to the accounting department and write the payment instrument.
4. Certification of the director of works’ on the demand and delegate payment.
5. Sending the demand to the region bureau and supply it. 
6. Transferring the demand to the region administration.
7. Auditing the demand by the coordination unitand following up with the affairs ofthe governorates.
8. Transferring the demand to the directorate of financial affairs and administration.
 9. Transferring the demand to the concerned department for auditing and completing the necessary procedures.
10. Auditing the demand by the internal  control unit, auditing bureau and financial controller
11. Completing the procedures of the payment, issuing the cheque and handing it over to the beneficiary.
 

Required Documents

An original copy of the cross-section, three photocopies stating the area of the cross- section for the cutoff or the backfill audited and signed by the contractor or the supervising authority,naturalearth's readings,

measurement detections concerning roadsamounts and final billextracts audited and signed by the supervising authority and contractor,

a copy of the priced quantities' tables and referral decision, and changing orders issued upon tender works if any.
